Benzina "Ms. Bea" Andrea Bedard, 78, of Jacksonville, entered into eternal
rest on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at her residence.
Ms. Bea was employed with Carolina Phone and Telegraph Company and the
Onslow County School System. She was a dedicated member of J.T. Kerr
Memorial Baptist Church where she served on the Deaconess Board, the
Culinary Committee and sang with the choir.
Benzina will be forever cherished by: her CHILDREN, Mack T. Bedard of
Jacksonville, Lucretia J. Benjamin of Wilmington and Ali Karim (Perry) of
Durham; 6 GRANDCHILDREN; SIBLINGS, Patsy L. Elliot of Tabor City, Annie M.
Melton of Maryland and Ivory Frierson Jr. of New Jersey; and a host of
other relatives and dear friends.
Family Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2012 from 6-7:30PM
at Morgan Funeral Home, Inc., 150 Williamsburg Parkway, Jacksonville.
Homegoing Service will be held on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 11:00AM in
the J.T. Kerr Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Preston Harris,
Pastor, Officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service in
Onslow Memorial Park.
Benzina's earthly remains are resting peafully in the care, comfort and
serenity of Morgan Funeral Home, Inc., Jacksonville (910)347-9595.
