 Sharon Bishop - June 19, 2010
Sharon Denise Bishop, 47, of South Carolina, formerly of Jacksonville,
entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the McLeod Hospice
Hospital in Florence, South Carolina.
A native of Darlington, South Carolina, Sharon was a graduate of
Hartsville High School and Florence Darlington Technical College.
Previously, she was a member of Kay Branch Baptist Church where she served
on the Mass Choir and the Nurse's Aide Club. During her time in
Jacksonville, North Carolina, Sharon was a member of Bell Fork United
Church of Christ. She was a member of the Northside Gospelette Choir, the
Young Ladies of Society, Joint Stock Member #726 and the Family
Incorporated. She was employed with Moen Incorporated of New Bern for over
14 years.
Sharon will be forever cherished by: 1 DAUGHTER, Jarre Simone Bishop of
Jacksonville; HER MOTHER, Lugenia Bishop of Hartsville, South Carolina;
SIBLINGS, Willie Bishop, George Bishop (Wanda) and Marilyn Gerald
(Donald)all of Hartsville, South Carolina and Linda Belton (Otis) of
Columbia, South Carolina; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
Homegoing Service will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 2:00 PM in
the New Hopewell Baptist Church with the Rev. Calvin Daniels, Pastor,
Officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service in the Church
cemetery.
