Robina Meadows - August 10, 2010

Robina "Sis" Ellis Meadows, 94, of Manchester, New Jersey, formerly of the Belgrade Community, Maysville, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 10, 2010 at the Saint Barnabas Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey.

She was the daughter of the late Herbert Lawyer Ellis and Sadie Mattocks Ellis. She was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Ledford Meadows, Sr. and to this union, 4 children were born. "Sis" was a dedicated member of Pilgrim Church of God and Christ, Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

"Sis" will be forever cherished by: 2 SONS, Ledford Meadows, Jr. (Marilyn) of Manchester, Pennsylvania and John Meadows (Elaine) of Johnstown, Pennsylvania; 9 GRANDCHILDREN; 17 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN; 2 BROTHERS, Ruben Ellis of the Belgrade Community, Maysville and Roland Ellis of Miami, Florida; 1 SISTER, Beaulah Ellis Jones; and a host of NEPHEWS, NIECES, COUSINS, other relatives and dear friends.

Viewing and Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the church one hour prior to the service.

Homegoing Service will follow the Visitation and Viewing, also on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at 2:00 PM in the First Baptist Church of Belgrade with the Elder McCants, Pastor, Officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service in the Ellis Family Cemetery.
