Maurice "Cup" Richardson, 45, of New Bern, entered into eternal rest on
Tuesday, April 06, 2010 at the Carolina East Medical Center.
He attended schools in the Craven County School System and worked as a
cook with the Country Biscuit Restaurant. He enjoyed cooking, football and
hanging out with his family.
Maurice will be forever cherished by: 2 DAUGHTERS, Ashley Ward and Alexis
Ward both of New Bern; 1 GRANDDAUGHTER, Makayla Ward of New Bern; his
FATHER, Thomas Richardson of New Bern; 8 BROTHERS, Oliver Humphrey,
Michael Foye (Donna) and Charlie "Coffee" Richardson all of New Bern,
Gerald Richardson (Marie) and Bobby Richardson both of Raleigh, Andrey
Richardson (Paula) of Wilmington and Lamont Richardson (Trice) of Maryland
and Marvin Richardson of Houston, Texas; 2 SISTERS, Hattie Graham and
Debra Humphrey both of New Bern; Godfather, Bobby Ballard; and a host of
other relatives, including a SPECIAL NEICE, Sharki Humphrey; and dear
friends including special FRIEND-OF-THE-HEART, Hattie Marie Simpson of New
Bern.
Homegoing Service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM in
the Memorial Chapel of Rivers-Morgan Funeral Home, 701 West Street, New
Bern, with Andrey Richardson and Miguel Humphrey, Officiating.
